LAKE BACALAR TOURS
The tour to Bacalar is the ideal tour for people who like to swim, travel by kayak and witness majestic natural structures such as the Bacalar 7-color lagoon and the Blue cenote. You will also visit a military fortress of more than 100 years as the fort of San Felipe.
Bacalar is a town located in Quintana Roo Mexico, located about 40 km from Chetumal and 340 km from Cancun.

In the 4th century in Bacalar inhabited a Mayan group called “Chanes”
In the 14th century, after the dismemberment of the so-called Mayapan League, chiefdoms were established in the Yucatan Peninsula. In the 16th century, the Spanish arrived, finding the Mayans in these conditions of political and administrative fragmentation, and soon after they conquered the region.
The main tourist attraction of Bacalar is the lagoon, in which there is a large area for swimming and activities, it also offers palapas to eat, in some areas of the lagoon they have, you can tour the lagoon by boat and kayak. Also in Bacalar you can find the caste war museum located in the old fort of San Felipe de Bacalar, it shows weapons and objects of the founders of Bacalar and the fight between them and the Mayan groups, as well as the attack of pirates that the city suffered.
During the tour you will eat delicious typical dishes of the region such as fish fillet with garlic sauce, spicy fish fillet, grilled fish, breaded chicken fillet, chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese, fried fish or seafood soup.

CENOTE AZUL
We will visit the spectacular “Cenote Azul” where you can swim 1 hour in the crystal clear waters of the cenote, you will also have breakfast included in the cenote (chicken or meat chilaquiles, eggs to taste, quesadillas, club sandwich, hot cakes or fruits).
BACALAR Lagoon
Afterwards we will go to the natural spa of Sujuyha in the Bacalar lagoon where you will have included 1 hour of kayaking, life jacket and bottles of water.
SAN FELIPE FORTRESS
Finally we will go to the San Felipe Fortress in the town of Bacalar where you will have an impressive panoramic view of Bacalar. You will also have the food included in the restaurant with a dish to choose from: Spicy fish fillet, Fish fillet with garlic mojo, Grilled fish fillet, Breaded chicken fillet, chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese, fried fish or sea food soup.
