Cancellation Policy
If the service is canceled 48 hours before the tour, the full refund will be made, If canceled after that time limit, no refund will be made.
Refunds will not apply:
if the client does not appear on the date and time of the visit.
For purchased xcaret, xplor & Xel-ha tours:
Reservations canceled more than 2 (two) days prior to the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee; from 2 (two) to 0 (zero) days before the original date of arrival, or in case of non-arrival, they will not be refundable. Any change in the visit date may generate an adjustment in prices. In case of not using your coupon (no show), it will not be refundable.
For cancellations of OceanTours tours purchased as Whale Sharks Cancun:
The 100% refund will be applied in the following cases:
• If the service is canceled by the provider. For example, in case of bad weather and it is not possible to change the date. Due to illness, presenting a medical report.
• If the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the day of the trip.
• If a date change is requested at least 48 hours before the travel date and a new date cannot be agreed upon.
A 50% refund will apply:
• If the cancellation is made before 5:00 p.m. (local time) the day before the trip.
• If a change of date is requested before 17:00 (local time) the day before the trip, and a new date cannot be agreed.
Refunds will not apply:
• If the client does not appear on the date and time of the visit.

• It is not recommended for people who have physical disabilities, those who suffer from heart, respiratory or back problems, with ailments that lead to loss of consciousness, hydrophobic, pregnant women, children under 4 years of age or people who do not have basic knowledge swimming (for water activities).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
